As an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers and a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Glenn brings unmatched expertise and professionalism to every valuation assignment.

With a lifelong passion for real estate, Glenn also works as a part-time real estate investor and developer, giving him valuable hands-on insight into property trends, neighborhood values, and market dynamics. His comprehensive understanding of the real estate landscape allows him to deliver accurate, data-driven valuations and market analyses that help clients make confident and informed decisions.
