Bird Streets

Bird Streets is a small hillside neighborhood within the city of Los Angeles. Its name comes from the different species of bird names given to each street. It is a low density, suburban area bordered by Crescent Drive to the North, Sunset Boulevard to the South, Trousdale Estates neighborhood to the West, and Rising Glen Road to the East. It is also located over 10 miles Northwest of Downtown Los Angeles.The neighborhood is an exclusive residential community, perched above Sunset Strip, that provides many homes with panoramic city skyline views. The neighborhood has an array of medium to large custom family residences built predominantly between 1930-1990. There is also a recent influx of newly constructed modern style mega mansions built between 2010-2022.
