Country Club Park

Country Club Park is a Historic Preservation Zoned (HPOZ) neighborhood within the City of Los Angeles. It is a small sized, medium density, urban neighborhood bordered by Olympic Boulevard to the North, Pico Boulevard to the South, Crenshaw Boulevard to the West, and Western Avenue to the East. It is also located 4 miles West of Downtown Los Angeles.The neighborhood received its HPOZ designation in 2010 and has a mix of single family, multi family, and apartments throughout. Many of the single family residences are of historic architectural design consisting of Craftsman, Tudor Revival, Spanish Colonial Revival, Colonial Revival, and Mediterranean Revival from the early 1900s.
