Covina

Covina is an incorporated city within the County of Los Angeles. It is a medium sized, low density, suburban city with a high concentration of commercial throughout the center along San Bernardino Road. The city is bordered by the cities of Glendora to the North, West Covina to the South, Irwindale to the West, and San Dimas to the East. It is also located over 22 miles East of Downtown Los Angeles.The city was incorporated in 1901 and is a quiet residential community consisting of mainly single and multi-family residences built predominantly between 1950-1990. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists mainly of Traditional style homes.
