El Camino Village

El Camino Village is part of the Unincorporated County of Los Angeles. It is a small, sized, low density, suburban community with a high concentration of apartments in the Northeast section. The neighborhood is bordered by the City of Hawthorne to the North, Redondo Beach Boulevard to the South, Prairie Avenue to the West, and Crenshaw Boulevard to the East. The neighborhood is known for the location of Alondra Park and El Camino College and is over 14 miles Southwest of Downtown Los Angeles.The area is a quiet residential community consisting of mainly single family residences built predominantly between 1940-1970. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists of mainly Traditional style homes.
