Harbor City

Harbor City is a neighborhood within the city of Los Angeles. It is a small sized, high density, semi suburban-urban area bordered by Sepulveda Boulevard to the North, Anaheim Street to the South, Western Avenue to the West, and (110) Freeway to the East. It is also located over 19 miles South of Downtown Los Angeles.The area is a consists of single family, multi family, condominium, and apartment residences built predominantly between 1915-2000. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists of mainly Traditional style homes.
