Harbor Gateway

Harbor Gateway is a neighborhood within the city of Los Angeles. It is a small sized, medium density, semi suburban-urban area with a high concentration of industrial use in the Northern section. The neighborhood is bordered by (405) Freeway to the North, Sepulveda Boulevard to the South, Western Avenue to the West, and (110) Freeway to the East. It is also located over 17 miles South of Downtown Los Angeles.The area consist of mainly single and multi-family residences built predominantly between 1920-1960. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists of mainly Traditional style homes.
