Highland Park

Highland Park is a neighborhood within the city of Los Angeles. It is a small sized, medium density, semi suburban-urban area bordered by the Eagle Rock neighborhood to the North, (110) Freeway to the South and East, Mount Washington neighborhood to the West. It is also located over 6.5 miles Northeast of Downtown Los Angeles.The area is a residential community consisting of mainly single and multi-family residences built predominantly between 1900-1970 with a recent influx of new construction from 2010-2022. There is a limited range of housing styles which consists of mainly Traditional, Bungalow, Craftsman, and Spanish style homes.
